How to preview a Minecraft skin

Why use a 3D skin preview

Can I look up a skin by username?
Not directly. Download the player’s skin PNG first (skin sites let you do this by username), then upload it here.
Does it support slim (Alex) skins?
Yes. Slim three-pixel arms and classic four-pixel arms are detected from the skin automatically.
Does it show the second layer?
Yes. The outer layer is built as a separate shell around the body, just like in the game, so hats and jackets stand out from the base skin.
What can I do with the 3D model?
