Hotel Lobby Performance Swap: Put Two People Into Quavo & Takeoff’s COLORS Show
You know the one. Orange room, one hanging microphone, Quavo and Takeoff trading bars on “Hotel Lobby” with their hands doing half the talking. Now you can recast it.
Upload two photos. One person takes the spot on the left, the other takes the spot on the right. You get 30 seconds of the performance back as a video: same orange room, same microphone, same moves, same song, with your two people in it.
The audio is the original recording. Every ad-lib lands where it always has.
How to make your own
- Pick who stands on the left. Upload one clear photo of them.
- Pick who stands on the right. Same deal, one photo. Want it the other way round? Swap the two photos.
- Optional: describe clothes, hair or accessories if you want something different from the photos. Say who it’s for, like “left: red leather jacket, right: grey suit and glasses.”
- Hit generate. The finished video shows up in your library.

- Characters and mascots. If it has a face in a photo, it can take the mic.
Tips for a better result
- One person per photo. If there’s a crowd in the shot, crop it to the one you mean first.
- Show the outfit. A photo from the waist up (or full body) carries the clothes into the video. A tight face crop leaves the outfit to chance.
- Face forward, good light. Heavy shadows and extreme angles cost you likeness.
- Left and right matter. The person on the left opens the performance. Put your bigger personality there.
- Keep the details short. “Left: white tracksuit” works. A paragraph about their personality does nothing, since only the look changes.
- Run it twice. Each run comes out a little different. Keep the one where the point at the camera hits hardest.
FAQ
Is that the real song? Yes. The audio is the original “Hotel Lobby” performance from the COLORS show, used as it is.
Does it have to be two men? No. Either spot takes any face. Two women, a woman and a man, you on both sides. The voices stay the original ones whoever you cast.
Can I swap only one of them? The performance needs two photos, one for each spot.
Can I change what they’re wearing? Yes. By default everyone wears what they’re wearing in their photo. Use the text box to change it, and say which person you mean.
