Who owns what I upload and what I generate?
You do. Mitte claims no ownership of the files you upload (your inputs) or the files you generate (your outputs). That’s section 9 of the terms of service.
Uploading a file doesn’t transfer it to us. You keep every right you had in it, and you’re responsible for having the right to use it: a photo you took, a logo you were given, a clip you licensed.
What we do need is a license to run the service: to store your files, process them with the models you pick, show them back to you and keep backups. That license is in section 3.2 of the terms and exists so the product can work. It doesn’t let us sell your work or pass it to someone else as ours.
