Can I use what I make on Mitte commercially?
Yes. Images, video and audio you generate on Mitte are yours to use, including in work you sell or deliver to a client. You don’t need to credit Mitte, ask for permission or pay a license fee beyond your plan.
That covers the usual commercial cases: client projects, ads and social posts, products and packaging, stock and print, music and video releases. If you’re a freelancer or an agency, you can hand the files to your client and they can use them the same way.
Two things still apply:
- The content rules and the terms of service. Content that breaks them can’t be used anywhere, commercially or not.
- The terms of the model you used. A few third-party models carry their own usage terms. When a model does, its page on Mitte says so.
Mitte claims no ownership of your inputs or your outputs. Section 9 of the terms of service is the legal wording, and this page is the plain one you can send to a client.
