Two things stand out.
The plan price tells you very little. Magnific has the cheapest plan in the table at $43 and the fifth-cheapest clip. Mitte’s $69 plan is the second most expensive and sells the cheapest clip.
The gap grows with length. On a 4-second clip the spread is 85 cents. On a 15-second clip it’s $3.84, more than the clip itself costs on mitte.
How the numbers are made
Every price is a platform’s published monthly plan, divided by the credits it includes, multiplied by the credits it charges for a Seedance 2.5 video at 720p.
Here’s the math for mitte. The Plus plan is $69 for 90,000 credits. A 4-second clip is 1,230 credits and a 15-second clip is 4,611. That’s $0.94 and $3.54.

What decides your bill
On mitte, the price follows pixels and seconds. Five things move it.
- Duration. The price is linear, about 307 credits per second at 720p. A 30-second take is 9,222 credits, $7.07 on Plus.
- Resolution. 480p costs 44% of the 720p price. 1080p costs about 2.5 times 720p.
- Aspect ratio. 16:9 and 9:16 cost the same. A 1:1 clip has fewer pixels and costs 44% less. A 21:9 clip costs 31% more.
- Reference video. Give the model a video and the bill counts input seconds plus output seconds, at 60% of the usual rate. A 10-second edit of a 10-second source is 3,689 credits, against 3,074 for the same clip from text. Budget 20% more for video-to-video.
- Image and audio references. No extra charge.

Draft first, finalize the keeper
A lot of any video budget goes to takes you throw away.
Draft mode renders the shot at 480p. When a draft works, you finalize it in 1080p, and the final is made from that draft, so you get the shot you approved. Drafts stay available to finalize for 7 days.
Say a 15-second shot takes 6 tries. Five drafts and one 1080p final come to 21,589 credits, $16.55 on Plus. Six tries at 1080p come to 68,064 credits, $52.18.
