How to make a specimen sheet
- Upload the font file. TTF, OTF, WOFF, and WOFF2 all work.
- Optional: set a title. Leave it blank and the sheet uses the font’s own family and style names, read from the file itself.
- Optional: choose a glyph size between 24 and 96 if you want the letters larger or tighter in the grid.
- Generate. You get a 2400×1800 PNG to download, drop into a deck, or post.
What you get
- A 4:3 specimen sheet at 2400×1800. Big enough to print or zoom into, small enough to send.
- 104 characters in a 13×8 grid. Uppercase, lowercase, numerals, punctuation, symbols, and common accented letters — each in its own cell.
- The font’s real name as the title. Pulled from the file’s own metadata, so the sheet is labelled correctly even when the filename isn’t.
- Non-Latin script support. Feed it an Arabic, Devanagari, Khmer, or CJK font and the grid shows that script’s letters plus a properly shaped sample line, instead of empty boxes.
